NOT SURE WHERE TO START?

Scared to reach out? Holly understands.

Abuse demands silence. Taking the first step to break the silence is like leaping over the Grand Canyon. It requires breaking the #1 rule and using your voice. You may be afraid that if you open your mouth the volcano of feelings and secrets will explode and you won’t ever be able to shut it again. You may be afraid of hurting others or of putting yourself in danger if you speak. Or, maybe you feel embarrassed.

Holly understands. She’s been there. You need a safe person to talk to. Holly would like to be that person for you.

we DO NOT BELIEVE IN OURSELVES, UNTIL SOMEONE REVEALS THAT WE ARE VALUABLE, WORTH LISTENING TO, WORTHY OF OUR TRUST, SACRED TO OUR TOUCH. oNCE WE BELIEVE IN OURSELVES, WE CAN RISK CURIOSITY.
